I'm writing ahead of a formal participation request to introduce our log and ask two questions.

We operate AControlLayer, an agent governance platform. We're building a transparency log over authorization records — each leaf is a commitment (hash plus signature) to an attestation held in our own storage; no payload content goes into the log. We intend to run Tessera emitting C2SP tlog-checkpoint v1.0.0 checkpoints, with a low publication rate — on the order of 24–96 checkpoints per day, batched rather than streamed. We don't have a stable origin or checkpoint key yet, which is why this isn't a formal request.

Two questions:

Is there a timeline for the production witness tier? Both the witness table and log list pages currently read "Production — Not available yet," and we'd like to plan our cutover rather than guess at it.

Is a log of this kind — governance attestations rather than software supply chain artifacts — in scope for the network? We saw non-CT third-party logs in the staging and testing lists and want to confirm before we build toward it.

Happy to provide anything useful. We'd rather establish the relationship early than arrive at enrollment with questions.
