[Participate] participation question for an autonomous-agent action log

Hello Witness Network maintainers, I’m building Fulcrum, control and evidence infrastructure for autonomous-agent actions. Its transparency log produces signed tree heads and currently uses only Fulcrum-operated witnesses, so I’m looking for an independent operating path without claiming one already exists. Would a log recording allowed and stopped agent actions be in scope for a participation request, and if so, which interoperability details should I verify before submitting one? I’ve read the network’s experimental/work-in-progress notice and participation guidelines. I’m not asking you to operate anything through this note; I’m asking whether the log fits the participation process. Tony
